1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
3. Non-returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned after the 14-day period, unless required by law.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at contact@cofmor.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within a reasonable time.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to stock. Contact us with details and photos.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and propose a solution.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your PayPal account and bank again.
- Contact PayPal/bank – processing can take several days.
- If you still have not received it, contact us.
